Since 2011, Avenue Partners has been responsible for the development of over 1,500 units and over $350 million in asset value. Its management team of Jason Snyder, Paul Pardi, and Ryan Szymanski has approximately 60 years combined experience in real estate development and investment. The partners’ prior experiences include leading Nationwide’s JV equity and mezzanine program, and leading development operations for Edwards Communities. We blend an institutional investment discipline with a nimble, entrepreneurial approach to localized real estate cycles.
